Personalized photo pendant engraving quality is directly related to the quality of the photo that is supplied to us. Professionally shot, contrasty photos work best! If you supply us with a poor quality scan/digital photo, we may request that you send us the original photo (via U.S. standard mail) for scanning. Why We Use Rhodium-Plated Photo Pendants instead of Nickel
Rhodium is a bright, hard metal. The density of rhodium allows it to hold its shape for a very long period of time. Rhodium is water resistant (not water proof), and should withstand contact from most people's body chemistry. Rhodium is a naturally brighter metal which will result in a brighter engraved image. The benefit to you is higher quality right from the start.

Note: Gold-plated photo pendants are not rhodium-plated.

Sterling Photo Pendants and Sterling Photo Key Chains
Our sterling pendants and sterling photo key chains are high-quality, 16-gauge (1.3 mm) thick with a high-polished finish. STERLING PENDANT ORDERS DO NOT INCLUDE A CHAIN! All sterling pendants come with a sterling jump ring connector. However, sterling key chains come with a sterling jump ring and 1 inch sterling split ring. NOTE: Sterling orders may take up to 10 business days (from date ordered) to receive.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your personalized engraved photo pendant order, please contact us immediately, within 1 week of receiving your order and we will work with you to make your order right. We try to work with you before making an order if there is an issue with the photo supplied to us. If something is wrong with your order upon delivery (i.e. - shipping damage, wrong photo, etc.), return the order in original packaging, and we will investigate refund possibilities.

Care Instructions
Rhodium-Plated/Gold-Plated Photo Pendants and Photo Key Chains: To keep your pendant looking its best, do not immerse it in water (do not swim while wearing it), apply lotions, sprays or perfumes directly on the photo pendant. Also, do not attempt to clean pendants with cleaning solvents. If you need to clean the photo pendant, simply use a soft cloth.

Sterling Photo Pendants and Photo Key Chains: Silver cleaner is recommended. Use ase directed.

Completing Your Order
Orders are normally completed within 1 to 2 business days from when we receive them. During our busy seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas) orders may take up to 3 days to complete. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD AND ORDER EARLY IF ORDERING DURING THOSE TIME PERIODS. Shipping Options
We have three options available for shipping. Shipping preference can be selected at “Check Out”.

Express: Expect your order to arrive the day after your product has been created and shipped. Note: Express shipping may take up to 2 days in some locations (low mail volume locations) and/or during busy times of the year, i.e. - Christmas. Express is the only shipping option from the United States Postal Service that is trackable. Call us at 218-590-2268 to get your Express tracking number.

Priority: Expect your order to arrive two to three days after your product has been created and shipped. Note: Priority shipping may take up to four days in some locations (low mail volume locations) and/or during busy times of the year, i.e. - Christmas. If Priority is selected and you do not receive your order when expected, we can not be held responsible. We too are at the mercy of the United States Postal Service.

Standard: Expect your order to arrive three to seven days after your product has been created and shipped.
